Mortgage Processor

Role

We are seeking an experienced Mortgage Processor to manage loans from contract to close through post-closing, ensuring files are organized, compliant, clearly communicated, and delivered on time. This role is critical to freeing the Loan Officer to focus on origination while maintaining full confidence, visibility, and peace of mind across the pipeline. The ideal candidate is an experienced residential mortgage processor (3–5+ years) with strong experience in the wholesale broker channel preferred, exceptional pipeline management skills, and proactive communication habits. Candidate will serve as the operational backbone of the loan process, instilling confidence in borrowers, realtors, escrow/title, lenders, and internal stakeholders.

Must be residing in the Philippines – Remote.
