The opportunity
Are you passionate about raising advice standards and ensuring great customer outcomes? As a Mortgage Business Assessor within our Advice Quality Team, you’ll play a key role in safeguarding the quality, suitability and compliance of advice delivered across our Mortgage, Protection and Owl business lines.

This is an opportunity to use your expertise to influence adviser behaviour, support continuous improvement, and help shape the future of advice across the Openwork network.

This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract, hybrid role, based in our Swindon office, with the requirement to be in the office 3 days a week. The benefits:Salary - up to £32,000
Bonus Scheme- On target bonus 7.5%
Pension scheme - contribute up to 5% of your salary and Openwork will match you and put in an extra 5%
