About the Role
One Dragon is looking for a Rainmaker to helm our mortgage advisory division. You are not just a loan processor; you are a Financial Architect.
Working directly with our founder (an mortgage specialist turn realtor), you will be the primary consultant for high-net-worth individuals, HDB upgraders, and savvy investors. You will lead the How of every transaction-structuring complex loan profiles that others find impossible. This is a role for a self-starter who wants to transition from a banking employee to a business leader, with a clear path to building and leading their own team of specialists.
Key Responsibilities
