Mortgage Underwriter

We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Underwriter to evaluate loan applications and assess financial risks. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that loans meet company guidelines, investor requirements, and regulatory standards while providing efficient support to loan officers and clients. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a deep understanding of mortgage lending policies, and the ability to make sound credit decisions.

Key Responsibilities

Loan Evaluation & Risk Assessment

• Review and analyze mortgage applications, credit reports, income documents, and property appraisals.
• Assess applicants’ financial health and risk factors to determine loan approval or denial.
