**About this role:**

Wells Fargo is seeking to hire a **Mortgage Underwriting Associate Manager (AVP)** to support our **Home Lending Operations - Underwriting Group** in Manila, Philippines.

**In this role, you will:**

+ Supervise staff in tasks and processes to ensure timely completion, quality, and compliance in Underwriting
+ Review lending decisions for adherence to established guidelines
+ Review and recommend credit decisions exceeding assigned staffs lending limits
+ Ensure all loan packages are accurately analyzed and properly documented
+ Identify opportunities for development and improvement in the team functions
+ Implement and monitor tracking and performance mechanisms
+ Ensure all procedures are in compliance with government regulations and bank policies
