Job Description

Mostly remote Customer Service Associate -$18.75/hr
Join our team as a mostly
remote Customer Service Associate, assisting healthcare providers in ensuring
prescription coverage for patients. This role begins with handling inbound
faxes and transitions to managing phone calls in a call center environment.
Candidates must be living in Massachusetts to be considered per company policy.
This role pays $18.75/hr. There will be a an onsite training for the
first month then transition to remote work after.
Responsibilities:
Manage incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
Ensure all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
Follow up with providers to obtain missing details
Accurately input data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
Handle approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information
