Motion Designer Video Graphics

We are looking for a Motion Designer (Video Graphics) to create high-impact motion assets for short-form video, paid ads, and ecommerce product pages. This role is execution-focused and supports performance marketing, not long-form brand animation.

You will design motion graphics that improve clarity, retention, and conversion across TikTok, Instagram Reels, paid video ads, and PDP experiences.

Core Responsibilities

• Design and animate TikTok and Instagram Reels overlays optimized for retention and clarity
• Create motion graphics for paid video ads, including hooks, callouts, and CTAs
• Produce animated PDP videos that highlight product benefits and use cases
• Build ingredient and benefit callout animations for beauty or consumer products
• Design title cards, lower thirds, and end frames for short-form and paid video
• Apply loop logic and visual hooks to improve watch time and replays
