Motion Drafting Litigation Assistant

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Weekend Availability: Required as needed based on workload
Pay Rate: $5-$7 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
Job Summary:
Bush & Bush Law Group is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Motion Drafting Litigation Assistant to support our litigation team. This role focuses on drafting high-quality legal motions and pleadings while ensuring accuracy, compliance with court rules, and adherence to strict deadlines. The ideal candidate has strong legal writing skills, a solid understanding of civil litigation procedures, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment.

Draft, edit, and format litigation motions, pleadings, responses, replies, and supporting documents.
