Motopool Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
• At least 5 years of experience in fleet management, motorpool supervision, or heavy equipment operations.
• Experience in the waste management, logistics, or transportation industry is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, heavy trucks, and preventive maintenance systems.
• Familiarity with Philippine transport regulations and safety standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and fleet management systems.
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
