As a Motor Claims Advisor, you'll manage the end-to-end insurance claims process, ensuring smooth coordination between customers, surveyors, and workshop teams. Your Responsibilities

Customer Service & Claims Advisory

• Advise customers on insurance claim options in line with Motor Claims Framework (MCF) and GIA guidelines.
• Provide personalized service during vehicle handover and explain repair details clearly.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers, surveyors, and insurance companies based on trust and integrity.

Claims & Documentation Management

• Prepare accurate accident repair estimates and supplementary estimates when required.
