Job Description

                    Responsible for the motor control related SW development, control performance optimization and verification and other motor control related tasks in projects.
Key Accountabilities 
Responsible for the design and optimization of motor control algorithms for PMSM and ASM in NEV. 
Responsible for software development related to motor control, including implementation of control algorithms and fault diagnosis modules. 
Prepare technical documentation compliant with ASPICE requirements, and conduct corresponding software testing. 
Support motor calibration, analyze calibration data to deal with control performance issue.
Refine algorithm structure and parameters through simulation and experimental testing, continuously optimizing motor control algorithms to meet performance specifications and functional requirements.
