Motor Grader / Finish Blade Operator Position Summary We are hiring an experienced Motor Grader / Finish Blade Operator for sitework, excavation, roadway, and civil construction projects throughout Central Texas. This position is responsible for precise finish grading on commercial, residential, municipal, and infrastructure projects. The operator must be capable of working independently, maintaining grade accuracy, reading site plans and stakes, and operating safely and efficiently in fast paced field conditions. This is a full time position with steady year round work for a well-established excavation and grading contractor with more than 30 years of experience and a strong reputation in the Central Texas construction market.
