Motor Insurance Executive

• Mon- Fri | 9am -6.15pm; Only one half Sat per month: 9am-1pm

Job Scope:

1. Handle motor and general insurance administrative work, including new and renewal quotations, policy issuance, and documentation processing.
2. Liaise with insurance companies, customers, and internal stakeholders via email and phone to follow up on insurance matters.
3. Accurately update insurance transactions in the system and maintain proper, compliant records in line with industry requirements.
4. Support motor insurance sales and ensure high service standards, ethical conduct, and customer requirements are met.

Requirement:

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level or equivalent; possession of Certificate in General Insurance (BCP / ComGI / PGI) will be an added advantage.
