Motor Pool Supervisor – Fleet & Heavy Equipment

Manila-Based | Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and schedule fleet and heavy equipment (earth-moving & road construction).
• Monitor equipment utilization and report to management.
• Lead mechanics, electricians, and operators.
• Oversee preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
• Ensure compliance with LTO, DENR, and safety regulations.
• Control maintenance, fuel, and repair costs; recommend cost-saving measures.
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or related field (PRC license a plus).
• Strong background in fleet/motor pool management, preferably in construction.
• At least 5 years of leadership experience managing technical teams.
