Job Description

Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the review of new product design proposals and establish product process routes; Responsible for designing production lines and delivering technical standards.
Lead the improvement of production line equipment, tooling, and automation to enhance product yield and production efficiency, and produce relevant process documentation.
Address anomalies in high-performing production lines, summarize project experiences, and review and prevent the recurrence of known errors in new projects.
Lead manufacturing solutions and technical feasibility evaluations and reviews, and draft assessment reports.
Oversee the evaluation and implementation of new processes and technical plans, identifying potential risks and issues, and develop and deliver appropriate response strategies.
