Santam’s Motor Claims division offers the role of Claims Motor Wreck Moderator Manager, responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership to the Motor Wreck Administration teams on a national basis. The successful incumbent will oversee all total loss (write off) and wreck administration activities, ensuring alignment with Santam’s claims philosophy, claims policy, standard operating procedures, and regulatory requirements. The role focuses on governance, quality, operational efficiency, and delivering exceptional service to brokers, intermediaries, clients, and internal stakeholders.
