motorcycle mechanic

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Perform preventive maintenance services on motorcycles.
• Coordinate with co-workers and customers to fully understand concerns and accurately identify mechanical issues.
• Assemble mechanical components in accordance with established standards and specifications.
• Inspect units and conduct troubleshooting using diagnostic tools to determine defects and operational problems.
• Perform engine overhauls and electrical troubleshooting.
• Conduct test runs after repairs to ensure optimal performance and safety of the motorcycle.
• Carry out follow-ups and provide after-maintenance support to customers when necessary.
• Strictly adhere to company safety procedures and regulations.
• Submit reports to the supervisor or department head regarding completed work, identified issues, and other related matters.
• May be assigned to Assembly or Quality Control (QC) to assist in unit build-up, inspection,...
