Motorcycle Workshop Manager

Location: Kuala Lumpur

Our client is a growing motorcycle parts and workshop business seeking an experienced Motorcycle Workshop Manager to oversee daily workshop operations.

This role manages mechanics and support staff, ensures service quality and turnaround time, enforces SOPs and safety standards, controls inventory and costs, and drives efficient, smooth workshop operations. The position requires a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of motorcycle servicing and solid people management skills.

Requirements:

• 5–8 years' experience in motorcycle or automotive workshop operations
• Strong leadership and operational skills
• Good understanding of workshop workflow and inventory control
• Own transport

Salary & Benefits:

• RM5,000 – RM6,000
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS
• Bonus
• 6-day work week (Mon–Sat, 9.00am–5.30pm)
