Motorized Collector

Job Summary:

The Motorized Collector is responsible for the timely collection of payments from customers with outstanding accounts, ensuring compliance with company policies and credit terms. This role involves traveling to customer locations, check payments, issuing official receipts, and maintaining accurate documentation and reports. The collector serves as a key point of contact between the company and its customers for resolving payment issues and strengthening customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

· Collects payments and/or necessary documents completely, timely, and accurately from clients

· Issues valid and correct receipts to clients upon collection of payment

· Aids in all other tasks that the Collection team is tasked to do

· Communicates with clients regarding collection and transmittal of documents as needed
