Mould Foreman

Job Summary:

Supervise the team of mold maintenance to perform quality maintenance activities.

Qualifications/Education:

• Bachelor's Degree Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
• Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in Maintenance Operation
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Ability to analyze and prepare reports
• Knowledgeable in Preventive and Corrective maintenance of machines
• Good leadership skill

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Performs preventive and corrective maintenance of mold equipment as per plan or otherwise necessary for the smooth functioning of the given area.

2. Ensure that mold setter and mold maintenance team follow company procedures, work instructions, and standard process when executing maintenance activities.

3. Apply the approved standards and best practices to ensure reliability and integrity of mold.
