POSITION INFO:
SAND MOULDER with FOUNDRY experience - Durban, KZN
Minimum 5 - 6 Years' experience
Trade Tested
Manually Ram Moulds using Various types of SANDS
Ensure correct Sands & Binders are used
Set Moulding Boxes around Patterns
Clean & Smooth Moulds, Cores
Position Cores into Lower Sections of Moulds
Cut Sputs, Runner Holes & Sprue Holes into Moulds
Pour Molten Melting Moulds, Manually or using Crane Ladles
Rotate Sweep Boards around Spindles in order to create
Symmetrical Moulds
