Job Responsibilities

• Provide Technical Leadership and directions to sustain / enhance and optimize moulding process to achieve Quality, Delivery, and Cost efficient production with Standardization and implementing Best Practices.
• Act as engineering resource to moulding operation ensuring process standardization and Responsible for new tooling/autoloader process set up / Optimization of existing process.
• Participate in early design review and tool design / Modification of new product to ensure the process robustness to ensure Quality Level and meeting the process capabilities.
