Moving Supervisor

The Sr. Field Lead (Supervisor) supports the Area Manager in overseeing and operating the field team, ensuring smooth daily operations and exceptional service delivery. This role balances leadership responsibilities with hands-on field work, serving both as a supervisor and as a contributing team member. The Sr. Field Lead (Supervisor) will lead Field Excellence Leaders (FELs), coordinate resources, and address escalations, while also stepping in to run moving jobs as needed to maintain workflow, service quality, and customer satisfaction.
