PRIMARY WITH RESPONSIBILITIES
* The QS MEPFS Engineer is responsible for the cost estimation, quantity take-off, budgeting, and cost control of all Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection, and Sanitary (MEPFS) works. The role ensures that projects are delivered within approved budgets while complying with technical specifications and quality standards.

1. Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for MEPFS works.
2. Conduct cost estimates and budget preparation based on plans, specifications, and site conditions
3. Review MEPFS drawings, shop drawings, and design changes for cost impact.
4. Monitor project costs, material usage, and labor to ensure budget compliance
5. Prepare and evaluate progress billings, variation orders, and change requests
6. Assist in procurement by evaluating supplier and subcontractor quotations
