Position: MRO Assistant
Salary: RM 2,000 – 2,200.00
Working Location: Setiawangsa, Kuala Lumpur

Job Responsibilities / Daily Task:
Check SAP / Smart GEP System for – New RFQ & New PO / Status
Check Email for – New RFQ & Quotation from Suppliers
Prepare for submit Quotation
Submit Quotation
Follow up RFQ for next following days / weeks
Register new RFQ
Sourcing & send out new RFQ
Solve Technical Clarification etc. (if any)
Update supplier list
Update Purchase Order (PO) in
Proper document && quotation filing

Able to interact with people / team at all levels
Possess positive working attitude and willing to take up added responsibilities.
Must be trustworthy and able to maintain confidentiality with high level of integrity and commitment.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and follow instructions, meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
