Location: Apodaca / Monterrey, Nuevo León, MexicoCompany: ManufacturyModality: On-siteSchedule: Monday to FridayPosition OverviewWe are looking for an experienced MRO Buyer to join an international industrial company.This role is responsible for ensuring the efficient procurement of indirect materials (MRO), securing competitive costs, quality standards, and on-time delivery in a dynamic environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage procurement of MRO materials (PPE, packaging, consumables, etc.).
Create, issue, and follow up on purchase orders.Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, lead times, and incoterms.Develop, evaluate, and select strategic suppliers.Monitor inventory levels and material consumption to optimize costs.Analyze market conditions and propose purchasing strategies aligned with budget.Validate invoices and coordinate with finance.Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs).
