A global aerospace organisation is seeking a Site Quality Manager to lead quality, compliance, and certification within a regulated Part 145 MRO environment.
This is a senior site role, partnering closely with operational and leadership teams to ensure a strong quality culture, robust QMS/BMS, and continued regulatory approval.
Key Responsibilities
Lead, maintain, and continuously improve the site QMS/BMS
Ensure full compliance with EASA Part 145, aviation regulations, and customer requirements
Act as the primary interface with regulators, certification bodies, and customers
Plan, lead, and host internal, customer, and external audits
Drive risk management, RCCA, and closure of non-conformances
Support delivery of site performance and business objectives through quality leadership
