MRP controller

Job Description:
The MRP (SAP) Controller is responsible for managing and optimizing the Material Requirements Planning (MRP) process to ensure timely availability of materials, accurate inventory records, and cost-effective procurement. The role acts as the process owner for SAP Material Master Data, oversees inventory control, pricing analysis, and 3PP location management, and supports audits and continuous process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

Material Planning & MRP Execution

• Monitor and execute SAP MRP runs for assigned material groups and locations.
• Analyze demand forecasts, lead times, safety stock, and consumption patterns to prevent stock-outs and overstock situations.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Operations, and Finance to resolve material shortages, rescheduling needs, and delivery delays.
