MS&D Portfolio Director (m/f/d)

**What are we looking for?**



+ 10 years+ work experience in top tier FMCG in relevant Demand Function (preferably portfolio & customer facing at Senior Management level with P&L responsibility with a track record of results, impact and influence)

+ 3years+ line management experience

+ Track record in developing tailored brand and customer plans and strategies that deliver profitable growth

+ Proven ability to manage multiple brands and/or multiple sub-categories

+ Experience of working in a multi-functional business unit environment. Knowledge of broad business management and commercial management skills (business forecasting, financial analysis, P&L management, customer and portfolio knowledge).

+ Strong analytical thinking and able to create excitement and belief for portfolio plans.

+ Strong relationship builder and ability to navigate through organizations through formal and informal channels.
