This is a critical role for an individual who excels at bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will be instrumental in the successful implementation, configuration, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions for our clients.
Your extensive experience will be vital in leading requirements analysis, designing effective solutions, and ensuring flawless execution. A key part of this role is your ability to act as a techno-functional consultant—providing expert technical advice and suggesting strategic system customizations that align with both business goals and best practices.
