MS Dynamics 365 ERP Functional Consultant

Job Description:

• Respond to customer support queries on D365 Finance & Operations, logged via our ticketing tool
• Take ownership of support issues and managing them through to closure.
• Research issues, implement fixes & document case resolution
Elicit requirements, create functional design documents, perform functional testing and configuration.

Must have and Good to have skills:

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations
• Knowledge in Finance modules is a plus
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong business and analytical skills
