MS Dynamics Project Manager

1. Project Planning & Delivery

• Lead the full lifecycle of D365 implementation and rollout projects—from initiation to Go-Live and Hypercare.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.
• Ensure timely delivery of all project phases (Analysis, Design, Build, Test, Deploy).
• Coordinate with technical, functional, and business teams to ensure aligned execution.

2. Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external vendors (e.g., Microsoft, partners).
• Facilitate project governance meetings, steering committee reviews, and decision-making sessions.
• Ensure stakeholder expectations are clearly defined, managed, and met.
