About the Role
We are seeking a Remote NOC Network Engineer (L2) to provide second-line technical support for enterprise networks. You will monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network incidents remotely while ensuring SLA compliance and high service availability.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor LAN/WAN/WLAN environments using tools such as Cisco Prime, SolarWinds, DNAC, PRTG, or AirWave.
Perform L2 triage, troubleshooting, and incident resolution for Cisco and Aruba networks.
Support routing & switching (OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLAN, STP, HSRP, VRRP), VPN, QoS, NAT, and wireless solutions.
