Overview

We are seeking a specialist resource with hands-on experience in Microsoft Planner (Planner 5) to assist with the implementation and configuration of the tool across a portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities

Support and assist with the implementation and configuration of Microsoft Planner (Planner 5)

Analyse current implementation challenges and recommend practical solutions

Configure Planner 5 to support portfolio-level reporting

Enable improved demand vs capacity management insights

Work closely with PMO and business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements

Provide guidance, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams
