Job Description

                    Installation & Configuration Install and configure SQL Server instances across environments (development, test, production). 
Set up clustering, replication, and Always On availability groups for high availability. 
Database Maintenance Perform routine health checks, index maintenance, and statistics updates. 
Monitor database growth and manage storage effectively. 
Performance Tuning Analyze query execution plans and optimize SQL queries. 
Configure server settings and indexes to improve performance. 
Security & Compliance Manage user accounts, roles, and permissions. 
Implement encryption, auditing, and compliance policies (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). 
Backup & Recovery Design and implement backup strategies (full, differential, transaction log).
