MSAP Engineer, PCB

Responsible for overseeing production scheduling, quality control, and process improvement within the MSAP (Modified Semi-Additive Process) line. This role ensures production targets are met, tools are prepared effectively, and trial runs are analyzed for continuous yield improvement.

Professional Skills:

Familiar with MSAP process technology, understand the process flow and principle

Have cross-departmental communication skills and can run improvement projects

Familiar with Mintab, QC seven techniques, 6-Sigma and other tools

Able to face and communicate effectively with customers

Understand the evaluation criteria and requirements of new equipment, new materials (potions)

Skills:

• Familiarity with MSAP process equipment and production parameters.
