About the Role

As MSB Digital E-Commerce lead, you will lead a high-performance team to drive Malaysia’s overall digital transformation strategy, including digital commerce, digital capability building and digital innovation. The role will also help to set up the MSB market as our digital & digital commerce hub that exports best practices in all regions.

Responsibilities

Ecommerce

• Start-up eCommerce task force for Haleon MSB working closely with teams in local markets—brand marketing, finance, supply chain, external media agency and e-distributor.
• Construct annual digital transformation strategy and adapt global & regional digital initiatives to align with Malaysia Haleon vision, promote and realize the plan to build organizational digital mindset and adapt new ways of working.
