About the Role

As the MSB Digital E-Commerce Lead, you will spearhead Haleon Malaysia’s digital transformation agenda, driving growth across digital commerce, capability building, and innovation. This role sits at the intersection of Commercial, Marketing, and Digital, positioning Malaysia as a regional hub for best‑in‑class multi‑channel (MC) and eCommerce practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale Haleon Malaysia’s eCommerce and multi‑channel strategy, driving sustainable growth across key digital platforms and partners.
• Develop and execute the annual digital transformation roadmap, aligning global and regional initiatives to local business priorities.
• Build and lead cross‑functional eCommerce taskforces, collaborating with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and external partners.
