CRT Network Solutions is an established Australian Managed Service Provider supporting businesses across Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. We specialise in proactive IT management, Microsoft 365, cybersecurity, and structured onboarding and project delivery for professional services clients.

We are expanding our international team and are seeking a highly organised, client-focused MSP Client Success Manager to own client onboarding and IT project execution, while acting as a key liaison between our Australian clients and technical teams, as well as assisting on escalations and tickets from time to time.

This is a senior, responsibility-driven role — ideal for someone who thrives on structure, communication, and accountability in a fast-moving MSP environment.
