JOB SUMMARY
The Manpower Service Provider (MSP) Liaison Specialist is responsible for building, maintaining, and strengthening relationships with external service providers to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of services that align with the organization's strategic goals. This role acts as the primary point of contact for service providers, facilitating communication, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
