MST - Lead Technician

Position Summary

The Lead Technician – Facilities Maintenance is responsible for overseeing daily maintenance operations of building systems and facilities equipment. This role ensures preventive and corrective maintenance activities are completed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.

Educational Background

• Technical/Vocational Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
• Electrical Technology
• Mechanical Technology
• Industrial Technology
• HVAC Technology or related field

Experience

• 1–2 years experience in facilities maintenance, building maintenance, or related technical role
• Experience handling preventive and corrective maintenance
• Exposure to supervising or guiding small teams is an advantage
