The position has the following responsibilities:

A multi-skilled technician maintains the Wellness PRO Tower building under the direction of the Building Administrator by performing diverse repairs and upkeep across electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and carpentry systems, focusing on both planned preventive care and reactive troubleshooting to ensure safety, efficiency, and smooth operations, responding to work orders, coordinating with managers and contractors, and documenting all maintenance activities.
