MTO Category Management (Home)

Responsibilities

• Support category performance tracking by maintaining and analyzing SKU‑level data covering sales, margins, inventory cover, ageing, and sell‑through.
• Assist in demand forecasting and stock planning by preparing historical trend analysis and variance reports to support Senior Category Manager decision‑making.
• Monitor pricing structures, discount performance, and price ladder compliance across Home Furniture categories; flag anomalies and opportunities.
• Track new product launches and existing SKUs, preparing post‑launch performance reviews and recommendations for continuation, correction, or phase‑out.
• Support SKU rationalization and slow‑moving inventory actions by identifying liquidation candidates based on ageing, velocity, and contribution margins.
• Prepare weekly and monthly category dashboards and management reports using Excel / BI tools to support business reviews.
