Support category performance tracking by maintaining and analyzing data related to orders, quotations, conversion rates, margins, backlog, and execution timelines
Prepare analytical inputs for pricing reviews, discount structures, and quotation benchmarks to support profitable decision-making
Track design-wise and project-wise performance trends, highlighting risks, delays, or margin leakages for timely corrective actions
Support new product and design launches by tracking pipeline performance, order inflow, and post-launch outcomes versus targets
Maintain structured dashboards and reports (Excel / Power BI/SAP) for weekly and monthly category reviews covering sales, conversion, and delivery metrics
Coordinate with SCM and Operations to track material availability, in-process status, and delivery commitments impacting category performance
