Carecloud is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented MTO-HR to support core HR functions and gain hands-on experience across the full HR lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a strong foundation in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, CV screening, interview scheduling, and onboarding support.
Support employee documentation, HRIS data entry, and file management (physical and digital).
Participate in employee engagement activities, events, and surveys.
Help organize training and development programs.
Assist in maintaining attendance and leave records.
Contribute to HR reports and analytics as required.
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Act as a support resource for employees regarding basic HR queries.
Shadow HR team members across different functions to gain a complete understanding of HR operations.
