Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in bulk hiring for call center sales agents
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
• Coordinate interviews with operations teams
• Maintain hiring data and basic reports in MS Excel
• Support onboarding and documentation of new hires
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
