MTO Procurement

Soft Nation Technologies is looking for MTO Procurement to join the team
Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi
Timings: 12pm-9pm
Key Responsibilities
Source, negotiate, and procure materials, products, and services as per business requirements
Identify and evaluate new vendors and maintain an approved supplier list
Prepare and process purchase orders, RFQs, and contracts
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal teams to avoid shortages or overstocking
Track order status, delivery schedules, and resolve supply-related issues
Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and procedures
Maintain accurate procurement records, reports, and documentation
Analyze market trends and pricing to optimize procurement costs
Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payments, and budget adherence
