Act as theprimary escalation pointfor Mule Soft-related incidents.
Performroot cause analysisand resolve complex integration issues across APIs, connectors, and flows.
Monitor Mule Soft environments, includingCloud Hub,Runtime Manager, andAPI Manager, ensuring high availability and performance.
