Multi-Axis CNC Operations Specialist (Mills & Lathes)

• Does every work order have the correct, up-to-date router? You’ll confirm it does—every time.


• Will you keep documentation airtight? Expect to handle updates, signatures, stamps, counts, labels, and non-conformance steps.


• How do you prevent scrap? By monitoring cycles closely and flagging any malfunctions or out-of-tolerance machining to the Lead/Supervisor right away.


• Can you hit the clock? You’ll aim to meet standard times and speak up early if a job won’t make it.


• What ensures quality mid-run? Diligent part inspection, measurement, and in-process checks—with fast escalation of discrepancies.
