Multi-Disciplinary Treatment Counsellor

Serve as a Treatment Counsellor providing specialized, evidence-based support to those with developmental disabilities in a transitional setting. Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to enhance individual outcomes.

Your role will involve empowering individuals through personalized care, focusing on daily living needs and psychological well-being. Participate actively in data collection to drive therapeutic improvements and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities: • Assist in daily activities like dressing and hygiene • Monitor, dock, and report behavioral changes • Collaborate on individualized treatment plans as lead counsellor • Attend appointments to support individuals physically and emotionally • Administer medication with a focus on compliance

Requirements: • Program graduate in Developmental Services or similar • Certification in crisis intervention and behavioral analysis • CPR/First Aid certification mandatory • Valid G Driving License for ...
